The Connection Center
The LoveINC Connection Center takes many requests for help each year. These calls are answered by caring volunteers who listen to understand people’s situations and direct them to the most appropriate source of help. This can mean a referral to an area agency or services provided by area churches and volunteers through LoveINC Gap Ministries.
At The Connection Center our volunteers:
Receive phone calls
Volunteers answer requests for help from clients.
Assess the need
Volunteers conduct an intake to examine the nature, extent, and legitimacy of the client’s need.
Provide help
After the client’s need is analyzed and verified, the need is referred to the most appropriate LoveINC partner church, church volunteer, agency, and/or Gap Ministry to provide resources, programs, or services that address the need.
Follow up
Volunteers follow up with the client and the ministry that provided the assistance to make ensure the need was met and determine any next steps.
